SepidVPN

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the current launch-stage handling of customer, wallet, and operational data for the SepidVPN platform.

Data used to operate the service

SepidVPN stores installation identity records, wallet and ledger activity, voucher and invoice activity, and usage-session records needed to operate the prepaid service model.

Operational logs and health telemetry may also be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, debugging, abuse handling, service continuity, and platform security.

Network observations and telemetry

The backend may process limited client network observations in support of operational telemetry and optional ISP or ASN enrichment.

Raw client IP retention is intended to remain short-lived, while aggregated network-level summaries may be retained for longer periods for operational analysis, troubleshooting, and abuse handling.

Policy updates

Customers are responsible for maintaining control over their devices, installation sessions, and downloaded client artifacts.

If this policy changes materially before or after launch, the public policy page should be updated before the changed handling becomes the normal operating baseline.
